JOIN US SUNDAY FOR WEEKLY MEDITATION

Our Sunday evening class is set in an elegant and traditional Shanghai-style tea house. Classes are in English specifically for Taipei's international community.  Simple, guided meditation and qigong exercises will help you relax your body and increase your mental alertness and awareness.

With consistent practice, you will notice tangible improvement in the health of your body and clarity of your mind. This will help you cultivate a sense of calm and inner wellness that can be carried through to all aspects of your busy life.

Each class features two practice sessions of:

• Fundamentals of stress relieving and health boosting qigong

• Guided meditation based on observing our thoughts

Practice time goes for approx. 90 minutes. Practice is followed by a chance to mindfully enjoy the company of other class participants around aged pu'er tea and light snacks.

From time to time, we have a translated Q&A with a meditation master (or if time doesn't permit, questions can be asked at another time by appointment). We discuss a wide range of topics, though we try to focus on questions related to developing our meditation, qigong and/or mindfulness, as well as their practical applications in daily life.
